Fitpack began as a B2C mobile app designed to offer personalized nutrition and fitness plans, featuring hundreds of plant-based recipes tailored to individual users. However, after gaining insights from early users, it pivoted to a B2B model.

after 2 years of R&D.
As Co-Founder and Chief Design Officer, I led Fitpack’s brand identity, content strategy, and user experience through both its B2C and B2B phases. I managed a dedicated content production team, overseeing a video creation studio that recorded fitness classes, meditation sessions, and yoga exercises. I was responsible for ensuring quality, setting the creative vision, and directing production to align with Fitpack’s mission.
I also managed Fitpack’s social media strategy, organically growing its Instagram following to over 10,000 without any budget and later shifting focus to LinkedIn to drive B2B leads and sales. Additionally, I developed wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces that delivered a seamless, engaging experience for both HR professionals and end users, helping bring the product vision to life.
